Returns & Exchanges


You have 1 year warranty on all products from us. Note that this does not apply to what is considered as normal wear.
The warranty means that we will repair or replace the defective product within the warranty period if it´s not damaged by handling errors. When it comes to handling errors or incorrectly set products we will charge you the service cost. 
The product warranty does not apply to failures occurring during or after the altercation of the functionality and appearance, such as refurbishment, upgrade or other modifications of the product without written consent from Build3d.


Purchase withdrawal 

1.   Please notify us by mail at [email protected] within 7 days for your intention to return the product(s) briefly explaining the reason for your purchase withdrawal.

Please note that:

                      i.        products that their original package has been destroyed, or tested or used by the customer or,

                    ii.        products which meet the requirements of the previous paragraph (i) and/or are not suitable for the customer’s specific needs, which were purchased solely by the customer judgement and/or its experience and/or on any kind third party information, forum’s critics, advices, etc., (unless a member of our sales team has confirmed or instructed or advised the customer that the product covers his specific requirements) or,

                   iii.         products which meet the requirements of the previous paragraphs (i and/or ii) and by any means the customer I not satisfied by the quality of the product which is not a subject of liability of Build3d but the manufacturer

are NOT eligible for refund or return and would NOT be accepted

2.   Prior returning any product please note that we request that the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Opened or tested products are not eligible to be returned, unless they are damaged on transportation, or they are malfunctioning, or are defective and the manufacturer covers with its warranty such damages or malfunctions.

3.   Returned products must reach us within 28 days of the original delivery date.

4.   Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit.

5.   Delivery charge is non refundable unless the item is damaged.

6.   Returns are at customer cost 

7.   It can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed once we received the item.

9.   Replacements for exchange of damaged goods will only be dispatched once the original item has been received at our warehouse

Be sure to obtain a proof of postage when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.


Non-UK Returns 

Customers returning orders from outside of the UK will be responsible for all costs associated with returning their order.

Please note: we cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us. We recommend that overseas customers send their returns via a registered trackable service.
